while opening a chest in arena got kicked by server before open animation, after return to game i had a new mail (Bit Heroes Promo) and the slot from chest in arena is empty, i didn't saw the chest content and no way to reallocate chests changing screen or refreshing web
i use Mozilla Firefox v134.0.2 (last one)

Iirc this bug sorts itself out once you've opened all chests you already had prior to the bug happening.
Ideally we'd want to fix it so it doesn't happen at all, but currently we don't have full access to the game's code so that's the best I can offer for now.
Not sure how the Bit Heroes promo mail is related though. 🤔

the bit heroes promo mail is ancient atp, you haven't claimed it all this time?
they resent it at oct 25, 2024 and yesterday jan 30 at 20:59, i assume because they repeated the level 15 promo
