The new redesign is very unfinished, and arguably worse, I think temporarily making it so that www.kongregate.com uses the old one, and a new.kongregate.com would be the new one, as this new redesign needs a lot of work to (imo) replace the old one.

Yeah, that new top banner is horrible. I constantly used the Recent games to go quickly back to Oceania, and Konkr.io, and whatever else I was playing frequently. Now, instead of "Hover over Recent, click on one of the last three games I played; or click on Recent to go to the page with the whole history of games I've played" it is "Clcik on Games, wait for that page to load, click on Recently Played, wait for that page to load, click on the recent game I actually want to go to." Takes way longer to get back to a game.

ive found the redesign to make the site harder to navigate and would like some extra buttons at least.
In addition, a lighter shade of red, back to kong's original colour, would be less intrusive to the experience and easier on the eyes

Getting to the badge of the day was easier in the old design: Hover over the achievements tab. Now I either have to click on it or go to my profile, which now takes an extra click.

As a gaming website, you should know better than anyone else that screen real estate is VITAL, and having a sticky, un-closable bar that dominates as much as 20% of it is terrible UI design.

THIS! SO MUCH THIS! Of all the issues with the regressive redesign, this is the one that bothers me the most. Honestly it feels like Kong was bought up by scummy, greedy, lazy company that probably laid off all but 1 or 2 of the staff and replaced them all with just 1 or 2 lazy foreigners who know nothing about coding... this is how good products quickly become shovelware.
