At this point, you do realise that no one here has a clue about what's going on. Kongreate's management has been complete dogwater for years!!! No one is going to help any of us here who want to ask questions about their surviv.io team. Different sectors are so independent of one another, nothing can get through to anyone. All you can do is sit and enjoy the show. Honestly, if they did have a team, a fully functional team, they would've got this issue done. But they don't.

There's no contact, no connections to the ones we are looking trying to look for. They acquired the game to make ad revenue, and add cringecurrency and NFTs. Not to support the game and community's well being. In my opinion, their actions connotes their ant logo pretty well.
That's why people are ignoring these posts. That's why all three CMs didn't care about the community. They can't do anything.

All I can say at this time is that I am forwarding this information to our dev team as it comes in. I wish I had more of an answer, but since this isn't an official Surviv Discord server, I don't hear much about the project. At the very least, I wanted to make sure you felt heard.

From what I've seen from looking at multiple surviv.io awareness threads and screenshots from others, all you guys (including helpdesk) say something on the lines of "I'll send this to the devs" but you don't ever follow up a response from whichever team you've sent the issue to. I just joined the surviv.io discord and there's a mobile thing up that restricts interaction. So only a small, selective, few would be able to make a claim or report properly correct? No wonder everyone flocked here to get answers.

The main reason that people flock here for surviv.io attention seems to be because of the lack of attention in the surviv.io discord server. Kongregate has no presence there whatsoever. Even the NFT market has crashed due to infinite supply through looping seasons. The game is completely abandoned at this point. It’s really saddening as surviv had (and still actually has) a ton of potential. The game could have grown into a casual aim trainer with an absolutely genius mobile port that would have reached million… if it just got 5 solid months of the “devs” pretending to pay attention to it. Millions of people. It’s not actually that far fetched.
