Beard (Kongregate Community Manager for surviv.io) acknowledged the issues with game. Apparently, someone might be doing something about it. Maybe. Good forward progress there from Kongregate though 👍

I’m using the word “scam” because many people cannot access the items that they paid for with real money. Luckily, this might be fixed somewhat soon. Looks like the word “scam” got attention.

It appears that the issue has not been resolved. @fluid lantern stated that a recent fix has solved the login problem, but while this may have helped, players still cannot access their accounts. The problem is still ongoing.

@fluid lantern (worth a shot) You know anyone that can be of service in this server about surviv.io (I see all the kong people are hiding in the member list so idk who to ping)? I'd like to ask if there's anything going on about that mobile verification in the surviv.io discord and other matters (since hundreds of members cannot join). I talked to Adrian in another thread but he couldn't do anything to help. So, I'm hoping you can do something. By the way, those voluntary users called moderators have no perms for such duties in the surviv.io discord so they won't be of any service.
If you can give me something or someone (other than helpdesk since they can't do anything either) to talk to about such matters (and peacefully leave you alone), let me know. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for almost half a year.
