as netmarble keeps making content harder and harder for players I figured it's time i made this. I will explain each deck. But to start with you want to have milky and chronos on every deck being slot 2 and slot 3. Building one necklace too to +120-130 is also viable. People usually build one rare necklace for everything for pvp and use it for pve too but you can build multiple for pve being the normal 4* necklaces which is better for that specific element when liberated with their specific wisp at around +100 or +110 but require high effort to build them. I will explain best famillar comps too and where to get stuff, i will explain skills and passives too for and what you should use including gloves, etc. For gloves in pve Master gloves is best if you can stay at 80% hp or higher otherwise it goes dynasty> beserker gloves. for wisps you want glasses wisp on milky way or chronos, throwing star on milky or chronos, and then shackles wisp on your rare fire, earth, and water weapons. for armors you want to make sure you have one liberated for crown wisp and you want to liberate the rings and earrings for each deck and liberate with their specific wisp.
for farming chaos fields you will want raider armor liberated with it's brick wisp because chaos field monsters are tanky and you want more damage to kill faster. For gems you want to use the crit variation for spade gems, and for diamond gems. For the joker gem slot, use crimson cross gem from ardor on water, light, and dark equipment. For fire equipment use ras core gem., for earth equipment use treant core gem. ras core and treant core come from kingdom dungeons. Your stat priority to aim for should be element atk> atk> flat crit. Cursing atk orbs to +110 should be your biggest goal as well as cursing milky and chronos and your main necklace really high too.
#Deck building Guide for PVE

water deck:
necklace: proto mark 13 necklace (from water db boss) only build pve neck if you have resources and care a lot about pve and not about pvp or you are a whale. your goal for pve necks would be +110)
Weapons: Tidal, Milky way, Chronos
Orb: Tidal orb or champion orb
Boots: Flash Boots
earrings: deadly blue earrings(comes from blue goddess statue fb)
ring: absolute zero (comes from giganti fb)
skills: transcended water bomb, transcended tidal wave, transcended blizzard(blizzard is a paid skill if you do not have it you can use frozen storm or frost vortex)
passives: water skill expert transcended atk boost, weapon mastery (risk and return if rogue class as risk n return is highest priority for dmg% buff), (if using dynasty gloves and on engi class fast forward is also really good for water deck)
party passive 4th slot depends on the situation but never use the farming passives greed, treasure hunt collection master. For solo boss ranking content use food fighter, do theater buffs and relic buff being attack and the elemental atk buff you want. Use a fridge kingdom eating every special feast and dish effect. Otherwise if in a party make sure to check party skills and equip something the party is lacking like famillar trainer, atk aura, rage sighted, speed aura. If farming monster hunter is good. (avoid duplicate passives)
famillar comps for water:
best for bosses: aquadillo, snowpow, ua puffu/ua hippo
best for farm: ua sage, snowpow, ua puffu/ua hippo

Famillars for earth:
Farming: Cactanine, ua leaf-frog, acorn squasher(this is actually best farm comp for every element deck but since ua reed only gives crit rate against water monsters you would swap out ua reed for ua petal if farming anything other than water mobs. So like ua cactanine, ua petal, acorn-squasher for fire/earth/light/dark mobs)
bosses: UA cactanine, acorn squasher, ua leaf-frog. If you miss any of these options you can also use ua oroboros as an option for either farming or bosses.
Fire deck:
Necklace: Ultimate Element (comes from cluu world keeper of chaos field boss)
Weapons: Calamity, Milky way, Chronos
Orb: Calamity orb or Guardian orb
Boots: Flash Boots

skills: Transcended darkness surge, transcended dark balloon, transcended shadow disc (shadow disc is a paid skill if you dont have can use any other dark skill like starfall)
passives: Darkness skill expert, transcended atk boost, weapon mastery (risk and return if rogue class
famillars for dark: use either ua relixx, edgehog, ua dino/ua gloomie or ua relixx, edgehog, floaty. Hog-goblin is also a good early free to play option if new player or inactive free to play.
Light deck:
Necklace: Invisible Light (Comes from Argos Field boss) Or wait for light db necklace for +15% light attack.
Weapons Chronos, Hero, Milky way
orb: Chronos Orb or hero orb
boots: flash boots
earrings: Radiant Chaser (comes from mecharagon fb)
ring: there is no light ring yet so use your preferred ring
skills: transcended shining ray, transcended lightning orb, transcended tempest of light
passives: light skill expert, transcended atk boost, transcended light weapon expert or weapon mastery or risk and return if rogue class.
famillars for light deck: UA auroralnyx, wishephant, sleepyhead
ua sparkee is also good and sapdragon is a good option but will become op when it get's UA in the future.
finally if you've made it this far, congrats on completing the guide. Please remember to pay attention to passive and active of familiars. also pay attention to the first awaken effect of equipment at the top so you get a understanding of the game. Also keep in mind Ultimate evolving a familiar is not the same as ultimate awaken. Ultimate awaken is when you get a10 then you need to further awaken that famillar that is ultimate evolved which takes it ua1 and up etc. If you miss UA of specific familiar you should probably use another option but check your awaken of that familiar and other things you have and create your own best comp. passive % multipliers go up at a3 and a7 and then again at ua1, ua3, ua7, and ua10. Congrats and good luck.
guide shall be updated. since water fams came out the best water for boss is now: aquadillo, snowpow, ua puffu/ua hippo
for farm it's ua sage instead of aquadillo
but there's also no way to a7 the new water fams yet easily, so have to wait before usable. But ua puffu does beat ua suiryu
but thats also whale fam
Is it best to start working on decks after I get to a3 or a7 for the element specific weapons and chronos/milky. I tried switching them up but noticed the accuracy loss makes them feel a lot weaker.
you need a3. farming is horrible with the accuracy loss.
Thanks for confirming. This guide was really helpful too
ive been wondering, what would the new decks be like now that theyve added boraccoon
dunno yet, this guide is for global. lol
but i dont play anymore. I quit, so i dont even know if i'll continue updating this now. Will really rely on others to test data now and sent it to me since i'm retired, unless I come back someday tbh
Companion / Passive
+3% damage for each equipped Dark familiar
+2% Crit Rate for each equipped ATK-type and Support-type familiar
Companion / Active
damage, equal to 406% ATK, dealt to single target
Boraccoon's Innate Power (Magic) is granted to partner and party members for 6s and the blessing provides +20% ATK and +15% Crit Rate (+8% ATK, +10% Crit Rate to party members) as long as buff is intact
a10
hm not sure
probably gonna be ua floaty, ua gloomie, ua relixx still for kr. or it'd be ua floaty, boraccoon, ua relixx.
but ua edgehog is releasing in kr and before they did ua gloomie, the best was edgehog(dodokchi), floaty, ua relixx.
ah right boraccoon has ua too lemme find it
Companion / Passive
+5% damage for each equipped Dark familiar
+4% Crit Rate for each equipped ATK-type and Support-type familiar
Companion / Active
damage, equal to 506.5% ATK, dealt to single target
Boraccoon's Innate Power (Magic) is granted to partner and party members for 6s and the blessing provides +30% ATK, +25% Crit Rate and +30% Crit DMG to Light monsters (+12% ATK, +15% Crit Rate to party members) as long as buff is intact
ua10
yeah what i said already, have to test those
hmm, im using relix, rumi and sambo for bosses atm
i think sambo is dinoceros? the rolling one lol
Is holy blaze (light skill) any good?
Not really.
Can I ask your opinion on the ketos earring and whether it can replace deadly blue for water deck PvE?
i mean, you could but, deadly blue is better so there is no reason to.
