It only works spot 1 vs spot 1

Try it next time. If you ever see a bull spot 1 a mite or oro 100% takes bull out and makes him useless basically

And if you combine with your own bull in spot 2 you have a high probability of pushing their bull after it pushes diagonally down on mite or oro

if you pit a melee (preferrably mite) in spot 1 against the bull at spot 1, mite will go to the center instead of attacking the bull head on.

this will cause the bull to push the mite towards its own team grouping them all together.

this will basically an advantage if you have a hippo to aoe them all together.

the strategy only works for bull being in spot 1 - if the bull is in spot 2 - you have to take another approach. To be honest, I'm avoiding people having their bulls at spot 2.

by the way, this is a reference. I just attacked a player with bull on spot 1. See how the mite goes into center so the bull will have its skill pushing himself towards his teammates.

this is a bit random based on experience, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I guess it has something to do with other familiar from your enemy but I haven't figured it out.

I've only been attacking players who has their bulls at spot 1 and I win most of the time.

It really only works on spot 1 vs spot 1.
