Why my floor 2 Cross field still close? Anyone help

You need :

4 pcs tier IV+8(min +32 tier IV total enhancement) or
3 pcs tier IV +8 and 1 tier III +10.

I think there is no tier 4 in flr 1

Iirc there is on area 10,11,12. But then its been many weeks.. Prob tier III and II. Point is you need at least 4 pcs of highest tier non rare +8

there's also a requirement of your server killing the boss 30 times before door opens

Floor1 only has shards tier 1-3, and a rare tier 3 farmable in area 12.
You need 840 pierce and resist to enter floor2.
On the cross field menu screen you can select floor2 and see what you require in the bottom right of the screen
