what is the use of quick message if your message is not saved?

After you type your message, press Enter to save it (not Send).

but after changing chat area, it is not saved. for example, you use it in kingdom chat then you chat in party or area, you back again to kingdom chat. the quick messages you supposedly saved is not there anymore
