It will continue. The 14 days-timer only signifies the period of time in which the pack is purchasable.

Did you get all the days up until the day of purchase rewarded at once or do you just have to log in for 13 days after the purchase?

Just log in for 13 days after purchase.

Would have been nice if the rewards were retroactive, but you still get everything in the end.
