Hi. I was afk for like few months having my character as a kingdom lord. When I got back, the title was passed to someone else. I think it passes to the most active one? Anyway, he was online 5 days ago so I was hoping I can get the title back. But someone else has gone online yesterday after so long and has higher level and cp than me. Will the title pass on the most active one or the one with highest level and cp?

I happened to become Lord by default after my kingdom's Lord started being more and more inactive.
Judging by the numbers, I think it picks the active member that has the most contributions.
If that is right, the only two ways you can get your title back are: do check-ins and donations every day, or just ask the current lord to give you your rank back.

I am doing my daily check ins and donations already. I wanted to do the latter but he was online 5 days ago and I don't have his contact.

In 2 days he will become inactive and the title passed, I think it goes by ranks, so if there is a steward he will get it

I'm not sure we had a Stewart and that might be why contributions seemed like the reason to pick me.
Ranks do make more sense as a preliminary filter, if they are set !

Yes, when one person is offline for 7 days the game makes him inactive, and the title will be passed

The rest of the members are inactive. Just one went online from yesterday up to now, and I've been checking in for like 3-4 days now
