The new update deleted emerald for me so I can’t unlock the new dlc now I’ve redownloaded the game 4 times now and nothing is working

I’m having the same issue, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, reinstalling the DLC, deleting my save data, all several times over and nothing works. It has the green check on the DLC purchase screen, but none of the content is accessible.

My issue is a little different but still missing buttons to add the new dlc.
