As the title says, I own all DLC. But the first 3 dlc will not restore. I have photos of purchase receipts and can give my account id and anything else needed. iPhone 16 pro game version 1.13.103

Have you tried contacting Apple about this at all? They might be able to give some advice!
did restoring purchases restore the last 3 DLC without issue, but it's just the last 3 which aren't working?

I apparently owe apple money on the account they were purchased. And Apple are sticklers about money and won’t let me download my dlc without paying them.

Hey there, apologies for the delay in replying!
unfortunately if you owe money to Apple and that's the reason your downloads are being blocked/stopped there's nothing we can do about it and it's something you will have to resolve with Apple
I'm not sure why they're blocking you for content you've paid for already but would be worth contacting them to work it out!
