Hi there!
We've had a report of this happen and reinstalling seemed to fix the issue. Is this before or after you purchased the DLC (if you did buy it)?
Are you connected to wi-fi/mobile data?

Same for me. The problem is even bigger that i lost save file after reinstalling game. Now both game crashes and i have lost save file. Playing on iphone13pro latest stable ios ver. Reported to vampire survivors support also

Any news on the problem? I've been uninstalling and reinstalling while in the beta and out of it and nothing is working

Seems like it's an Android problem. Cause all reports I've seen are on Android

Hi all, I've had the same issue (Android/SEA). Been reinstalling the game several times and before I would still get my old save back. But this one time after reinstalling, the game still didn't load, so I tried switching my network from 5g wifi to regular wifi (because for some reason this worked with another game so I thought this'll do the trick) and then my old save was gone

I had the same problem temporarily when I reinstalled the game.
Samsung A30S/Android 11/SEA

So I uninstalled the game months ago, then reinstalled it yesterday on the latest update.
Upon launching, the game gave me a prompt of connecting to Google Play Games. But I didn't have that installed in my phone, so I cancelled the prompt. The game then got stuck on infinite loading screen.
I then managed to successfully unstuck the app by force closing and wiping all the data. For the record, I had an old save file that I never wiped when I uninstalled the game previously. Now I lost everything after the data wipe, but I wanted to start from scratch anyway so it was fine for me.
I don't remember if my older save file was supposed to be connected to Google Play Games or not.

Guys, today I managed to solve my problem, I didn't have play games installed on my Android.

I installed it, logged in with my Google account and the game loaded, but I lost all my previous progress, as it was not linked to another account.

I did the test by unlinking the Google account in Play Games (settings - change the account to games) and the game again has the problem of not loading anymore.

Check if you have your Google account linked to the game, it may not be. My problem was resolved like this.

I hope I was able to help some of you, I really wanted to play the DLC, but I'm going to try my best to reach the point where I left off to purchase the DLC...

Let me know if you can solve it too.

I had my google play games linked during the cross save beta, the version before castlevania collab. Never had a problem in that version...
