Judging by Marrabbio, there is a cap on the amount of projectiles from a individual weapon that can be active at the same time.
His knife spam + slow projectile speed makes this very noticeable. His knives will stop coming out if too many are still on the field.

Allow players to disable "Ebony and crimson stones" in the "collection", the megalo forms are cool and and all that, but what if someone wants to play as... normal ||death or Dracula|| without them "evolving"? This way, you can toggle if their transformations triggers or not.

It's not stupid because you play as dracula, it's stipid because you play as Dracula and he can't just tear apart those robots like wrapping paper in a series where he's the closest thing to the fucking antichist to exist with the level of power that implies.
A LoS 2 where you play as dracula is amazing in theory, but when you go from him tanking a holy nuke to sneaking past a robot, it FEELS bad

if you have endless mode unlocked, it's super easy.
but i'd recommend going 2 max weapons with hydrostorm, 
, curse (and charm), and going to the room with ||joachim's spawner||. the enemies there only have 1 hp so you can farm it really fast

but the evolutions are kind of weird, since all of them require you to learn a technique with the weapon, which you obtain by using the weapon, and some also require passive items like normal evolutions
usually it doesn't take too long to learn techniques, I think it's based on how much damage you deal with the weapon?

Rock Riot and the Holy one are awesome (the latter more so with the Gemini Arcana). Raging Fire is tedious to use and hits too small a spot to warrant its tedium (it's the Shadow Pinion of the Castlevania weapons). The Ice, Lightning, and Dark ones are... okay.

Well, actually this does not include the clock tower theme, as far as I can tell. Just really like CV64 take on it. Where the massive machinery itself can kill you rather then you simply falling off or whatever.
