I think having the 3rd and 4th dlc’s passive items be included in the Arma dio as long as you have the corresponding weapon upgraded. For the 4th dlc, maybe you can only have as many of its passive items as you have the 4th dlc’s weapons

by that logic, you shouldn't be able to pick empty tome on cavallo, o sole, ||minnah, cosmo, gains, gyorunton, bats,|| gav'et (maybe), sammy, horse, and newt, since they're animals and likely can't read

also, if you are able to use the academy badge after picking it up from lake/abyss foscari, its effects should be usable by anyone else. (by the way newt and horse most definitely can read)

i am pretty sure some among us tasks require reading and newt is a future anthropomorphic reptile with robotic things from a parallel universe of the year 3145 or something.(I have never played either of their games)

I second this, Arma Dio must have DLC passives as long as you currently do not have them on (allowing for multiple weapon upgrades to upgrade the Operation Guns stuff multiple times)

I third that and please add to Moonlight Bolero. If all your passive’s are full then there is isn’t really a point to picking up any Contra guns. Last Time I played Moonlight Bolero dropped passives for Emergency Meeting DLC. However not once did I ever get the Contra Passive after all my passive slots for full.

i think that the Academy badge, mini imposters, and Contra weapon power up should be selectable from the Arma Dio

I tried it again and still nothing . Let me elaborate. Playing PS4 adventure contra stages. Using Game Killer and Bolero. Pick up a stage weapon which needs a contra weapon box to evolve and there isn’t a single weapon box in my inventory. I put it on endless mode until I collect every single passive and until treasure chests spit gold. Then I parked my character off map (so the treasure chests automatically float straight to my character.) Let the game run for couple hours and came back. Picked up several hundred chests (the ones that dropped on map that he couldn’t auto collect,) So several 1000 chests 100s of black chests and not a single contra weapon box

Forgot to add 1058 Luck when I last checked but that number was continuing to grow since I had Hidden Anathema. I know luck probably plays a part in how many black chests drop. I also know that different black chests have different properties. Not all drop new passives. I didn’t count them all of course but I figured out of couple hundred at least one would have dropped a weapon box? They all dropped coin bags every time after I collected all the normal passives.

I have had the emergency meeting dlc passives drop fairly often. However my entire time playing I don’t think I have ever saw a contra passive drop from a black treasure box. Which is like 800+ hours. (That’s after the last update I was one of the unfortunate ones that got the glitch (or whatever it was)? That rendered the game unplayable and I wiped my hard drive to try and reinstall it. Plus I cancelled my PS subscription and my cloud. So there is no telling how many hours I’ve played total just to never see one but it’s in the 1000s.

Is there another criteria linked to them dropping? Aside from luck? I thought after a couple black chests start dropping coin bags only then that’s all they will drop in the future. Plus with game killer they are dropping 3 bags minimum per chest. Of course not all black chests will give you a new passive you don’t have. I just the think the combo of high luck and total amount of chest that dropped at least one would have? But the other ones up to that point were fairly consistent. At least one in five would have a black box that gave me a new passive. It continued like that until I collected every normal passive and then just stops giving anything? It was playing emergency meeting though it would have dropped a dlc passive if not earlier?

Having an operation guns weapon should be the only requirement, as i dont think weapon powerups need level 2+ of the weapon like em passives do

Does the one weapon have to be a Contra gun or does it matter? Actually that could be a big part of the issue. I normally won’t have a weapon evolved. I’m using game killer. The whole purpose of me using bolero is to evolve a weapon or two when I’m using game killer. Especially on adventures most of the levels don’t have both the weapon and passive as stage items to evolve it

My current game I left to auto collect while I did some stuff around the house is 8 hours and still going. A whole day of grinding chests I got 1 weapon evolved collected every stage item and still absolutely nothing

If you did get that on adventures I believe there must be a secondary criteria. Just not sure if having an evolved weapon already is it? Just know I could let the game go for a whole week and the result still would be the same
