This is super interesting, it would be interesting to look at your save file ngl

It could have something to do with the game crashing or you leaving before it gives your the achievement. Or it could be corruption in your save, something may have changed a chacter in the actual achievement after saving/loading

Hello! I'm having a similar issue with the Crewmate and a bunch of other characters since I used the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane, does it apply the same way? I didn't have this issue when I used the scrolls previously. I tried getting to the coffin manually on the map but it doesn't appear anymore.
