If you are out of rerolls and are not interested in the 4 arcanas being presented to you, there is no way to skip then as the is no way to get the arrow/highlight to select the "skip" button

I've tried with both the D-pad and analogue in every direction.

That would just circumvent the problem, not fix it.
Also I'm on switch in docked mode
