for the first secret quest. i am OBLIGATED to aquire a yellow sign before i can even do the first secret........ WHY IS THAT NOT MENTIONED?
#i wasted 2 days on something that i couldnt even do couse the game didnt mention it...

unless you do the weird debug thing where you press on where the yellow sign is/will be 7 times you can't even access the secret menu without the yellow sign

a big part of the reason the first secret quest doesn't really happen accidentally is because of how late in the game you get the yellow sign compared to when you go in the mad forest

why are you even complaining really because again you basically need the yellow sign to access the menu to see the quests so it is implied you have it

TWO WHOLE DAYS sounds like longer than any of the quests I know feasibly takes mind telling me what you're trying to do because i don't feel like we're on the same page here (I'm talking about the quest for ||exdash||(first in the secret's menu) or the quest for ||boon marrabio||(first secret quest id))

if you're talking about ||exdash|| then you don't even need the yellow sign anyway you can just type the code from the main menu

like i love small riddle quests like this but when it gives me everything i need and then i can read them and do them but nothing happens couse i dont have something that is not mentioned is a very bad design
like fade it out or make it unlockable after i get the sign

I get that it is annoying but on the other hand I also get the Devs point of view. after all without accidental glitches and a trick that there is no way you learn about without someone telling you or finding it on the wiki. there is no way of getting the scrolls without the sign.
but the fade in fade out idea is good it's just you are in a VERY small percentage of players so out of all the many QOL suggestion this is rather low priority.

yes or at least it used to the wiki no longer lists the requirement but that could have been an unreliable edit. it definitely did when that quest was added.

one final thing if you look at the bestiary entry for the sketamari (the boss you get the scrolls from) for an extended period of time then it expands like the boss itself just thought it was worth mentioning
