in the grimoire it says theres an evolution for the cherry bomb and even though i have already evolved Yatta and gained the evolution it still isn't registing in the grimoire. Also shouldnt the same rule apply for mortacios weapon then?

I tried several times with sigma queen and yatta itself on astral stair and other stages, it still didnt show up. The cosmic fingers only gave 'anima of mortacio' when i was playing sigma only and had less than 7 weapons according to the spoilers, not sure if the yatta weapon is also in the anima tag/category or not. And yea, 190/190 so hope it will be fixed asap, it irritates to see an unfinished stuff in the grimoire

finally got it, maybe i was very unlucky entire yesterday + earlier until now, i did the run by sealing the mortacio gem 'chaos of malachite' to try to block it (PoE habit lol) before start and turned off the randomize events, then played as usual with sigma and got the cosmic finger reward in the first try first hand. Not sure if its tricky to get that or still a bug or maybe even both

neither anima shows up in old engine grimoire, so it is a bug that you are seeing that. In fact it looks like it is replacing braclet evo.

i think im still playing in the old engine cause i dont like modding anything, but both of anima showed up for me. And bracelet has moved to the second page of grimoire as the cherry bomb takes its place
