Bugs with Leda's progress

I found something like a pair of bugs with Leda. This bugs is related with game start and exit. So, I'm already unlocked Leda as a character, but every time when I start playing, if I look into Secrets, there's I see that Leda is not unlocked. Then I go to check my characters(I have all of them, and Leda's also) and I see Leda as unlocked character. Then I look into Secrets again and game's show me that Leda's secret is done.
Also, as you can see in the second screenshot, Leda have no any ✅ for stages, but I'm sure that I completed Inlaid Library as Leda: I did it some minutes ago. Mad Forest is also was completed on Leda, but I have no any ✅ - not in the Mad Forest, nor into Inlaid Library.
All of this bugs is happening only with Leda. Other characters is okey.

Leda not showing up as unlocked in the secrets menu is caused by having killed them before the secrets update, if you kill them again it should resolve this issue.

I tried. By now Leda is correctly showing in Secrets. But my progress into playing as Leda is losing. I've complete Il Molise and then I went to main menu and closed the game. After another starting, my progress into Il Molise was lost.
