Exclude Banished weapons from Limit Break

Issue with this is that there are some pre evo weapons that people like to limit break

my guess is that they'd just Seal the evo or don't pick up the passive, right?

Seal is still beta so you can't really consider as fair game yet. Anyways, I'd rather just be able to banish a limit break to stop it from going further.
