Unable to install custom bot

• Issue continues after 24 hours
• Issue continues with new generated token
• Issue continues with a newly created bot

During the initial creation of the bot, the process appeared to be going smoothly, but the "Invite button" would not respond even though the "Appearance" section was able to be interacted with. Refreshing the page in an attempt to correct the inability to "add to your server" seems to have left the first attempt in an unfinished state.
