help. I paid for the premium subscription Your Own Bot on Feb 3 then activated the custom bot but the next day the bot offline and could not be used anymore. When i went back to the Management Subscription on website, it did not have the option to activate premium to enter the bot token code instead it was like image 2. what should i do now?

Thanks, now I have found your subscription.

Its running via this Discord account (see Image), so probably a second account of you. Your old custom bot went offline, because you had no payment in January.

Login with that account on the website and enter your bot token, to bring your custom bot back online Wumpus_Great

hey, im sorry but its still not working for me, as you can see when i go to the website again, it doesn't have the Activate or Enter bot Token choice. If i continue with Stripe Checkout, it said that i already have premium subscription, but the bot is still offline

I made sure to renew my subscription on Feb 3 (image). I don't understand why it doesn't work either.

This other post has no relation as the user has no custom bot and subscribed via Discord Wumpus_Hello
-# The discord integration had a bug which only trigged when cancelling the subscription and subscribing back after a month. So the user was the first one triggering the issue as the Discord integration is still new.
