We have users creating private voice channels who sit there all day on mute to farm xp. Can TempVoice help with this somehow? Im thinking it may be able to set temp voice channels to not gain XP which standard voice channels do.

Temporary channels are just like regular voice channels just with the catch that @woven plinth deletes them when they are empty.
So gaining XP on your server is made by another bot and has no relation to us. You should contact the developers of that XP bot if there is a way to ignore channels in a certain category in which TempVoice creates its channels
