okay, so basically TempVoice is making the temporary channel named after the person who created it
but the bot isn't able to create a channel with your name cause discord thinks that the name the channel would have would go against the rules of Server Discovery
perhaps you have some bad words in your nickname in that server? i doubt simply "Glad" would be flagged by discord
