Only show dashboard options that are available

Hey, I personally think TempVoice is the best private voice channel bot on discord. But one thing that is kinda irritating is that all buttons in the dashboard are always visible even when these functions are disabled in the settings. If it is not too complicated, I would suggest to check which settings are enabled and which are disabled and hide all dashboard buttons of functions that are disabled.

edit: or is it already included in premium? even when yes: I would suggest, to make hiding disabled settings available for free-bot also, because it can be annoying on an public server to explain every single user why this and that option is disabled. If the option would just be vanished there would not be such questions.

You can already remove buttons from the interface like you can see here #1162361747236200479 (does not require premium)

Simply click on the buttons on the interface preview https://tempvoice.xyz/dashboard to disable them
