Dashboard settings reset on its own

hey folks, just wondering, this morning, our dashboard settings for the bot reset all of a sudden without warning. How was it possible?

Sorry for the late response.

Usually there is no way that settings will reset itself. I would assume someone logged in (A user who has Manage Server permission) and manually changed everything back.

To check this you could give me the channel id of the creator channel.
