you just need to make sure that the bot has all the required permissions, it will handle the process by itself

as with the bot having all the right permissions, Tempvoice bot has admin role all perms, and some ppl are still not able to drag ppl in the create VC

oh, I thought you asked how to make the bot move people in the temp channel, my bad
what you want to do is not that easy
I think you have to go on https://tempvoice.xyz/dashboard > Permissions > Additional Owner Permissions and check Move Members (make sure to click the tick before leaving that menu to save settings)
then you have to give to the everyone role (or your member role) the permission to Move Members in the channels where you want the users to be moved from by your VC creator (the channel where the VC creator pick the users to move them from there to his VC channel)

as for this I can't actually help you right now
as far as I'm concerned this could be either a bug or a bad configuration for the bot
