you have to disable soundboard in your server role settings by default

no one has the permission for it
i checked all rolls, no role has the permissons
it only works in the temp channels not in privat vip channels

You can try to sync permissions.
- Dashboard > Permissions > Sync Permissions > Category
- In the category you (ONLY) deny @ everyone the permission for the soundboard
