I'm not sure but have you tried to uncheck the Temporary Channel Privacy on this menu in the dashboard?

Actually just tried this myself and this solution seems not to be working, maybe the possibility to reset the list of trusted and blocked users could be a new feature.
This is up to the dev, he will answer this soon.
