Is it possible to set an automated welcome or invite embed message to a designated chat channel, when users created a new temp voice channel with channel invite link or ID

We won’t add a logging system because that would highly increase the amount of api requests.
But in the audit log should be a note who created a channel and there are some logging bots which can do a similar job (Telling when a channel got created and what user got moved) but I cannot remember the name of the bot
