Hey, I want to use the channel which is already in the server as a temp voice channel so that whenever people join it a new voice channel gets created. And I want to change the new created channel names as well.

hat is not possible
you need to use /setup creator
you can freely rename the created channel to whatever you want.

use /config category to change the category the temporary channel get created in, use /config name to change the name of the created channels

It is possible because I'm using the bot like that since past few months but today i deleted that channel by mistake. My server doesn't have any categories and it still works

Also a small suggestion please make the configuration and setup easier. Making docs on how to use it is really not helping. just make the process more easier.

For general public i feel like it's not.
The setup creator, the interfaces are confusing. And when your setting it up the four choices with default naming are more confusing. I'm trying to think of a way to simply and yeah it is kinda hard.

Too many commands and the interface is unnecessary just one go to command in which we can name it and in that same /setup just give options for bitrate, languages etc i guess

I don’t really thing that TempVoice is too complicated to understand.

The setup is already really easy with just /setup tempvoice to create an creator channel, interface, language etc

The interface is optional and is just for customizing your temp channel without commands.

The commands are splittend into /config and /voice.
/voice is just for the user (there are so many commands cause the channel can be customized so much. /config is just for the bot default config and everything is explained on https://docs.tempvoice.xyz

Because a creator channel needs a default category. Your are free to delete the category and change it to what ever you like.

Each Discord has different needs

I took my time to go through all the commands and I agree It's very straight forward.
/setup tempvoice when setting up the tempvoice going through interface, color isn't required. Just like how other details are optional It is better to keep the reaming three optional as well. and I think putting the bitrate and name are more important.

If there is
/setup tempvoice

why there is the need for
/setup creator

and the options for the setup creator are too much.

After going through every command I think it's better if you remove
/voice

and add everything in one command just like
/config features

Small things like when there is
/config bitrate

what's the point of
/voice bitrate

/setup color

commands doesn't edit the current creator channel color but changes the bot text emoji colors so why there is a separate command for it. Try to decrease the number of commands.

I don't know if my opinion is a waste of time for you both but I think these small changes will decrease the number of visitors who come to the support server.

The addition of dashboard will makes things easier for sure. The docs, website, support server layout and design is pretty good. 3 categories without buying premium is very generous. Overall the bot is amazing.

First of all /voice is for the user (not for the admins)
the diffrence between /config and /voice is to configure a creator and to controll the actual voice

/ setup tempvoice is the all in one setup command (quick start) you dont have to use that!

/ setup creator is to make a new Creator, you dont have to give any Parameter to it, this will just save you some typing if you add it directly!

The commands are that many because you can edit that many stuff on a voicechannel.

The goal is to make temporary voicechannel that can be configured as much as possible by the admins AND the users

The setup color thing is a good suggestion to @elfin yarrow to change that as well 🙂
