Tab now working for append HTML. | Flowbite | Page 1

Hi! I am using Flowbite in my Laravel application dashboard. I use the Flowbite tab, and it works properly, but when a user searches, then HTML is appended from JavaScript with the result, the tab does not work.
Note: The tabs in the HTML that are append from JavaScript do not work.
How can I solve it?
