#Launch Problem (Community knows best)

Hey, so Im reaching out here cause I know how Ubisoft is, and I know that if someone can resolve a problem its the community of the game. Basically what´s happening is I can´t launch the game. I got it from the Xbox Pc Pass as I got Free 3 Months with my PC. I downloaded Ubisoft Connect and linked it to the Xbox Acc. After I downloaded Watch Dogs 2, I tried to launch it. It downloaded all the 10 things, and said "Synchronizing with cloud" or something like that. After that it gave me a black screen of Watch Dogs 2, and then it returned me to Ubisoft Connect. This is a problem with the game, as FarCry 5 is working just fine, if anyone knows how to help me with this, I would be appreciative,

had the same issue. but here is the thing watch dogs tries to connect to easy anti cheat whenever you try to start the game. by default, windows treats that connection as something close to a virus or malware so it rejects the process. so what you need to do is turn off virus and threat protection in windows defender settings and try again. should work
