At this point, going for Max World Tier doesn't do anything for you except making the game harder, instead I think it should be incentivized by having High Risk High Reward, one of the rewards could be Byte Shifters and that could loop around to incentivise the player to reroll your weapons in the next run and in order making the lacking buildmaking a bit better
#FInishing a run with max WT should give you an extra reward

Agreed - maybe if you clear a cycle at maxt WT with no deaths or something, the material 'troll toll' is not applied? That way, you are rewarded for playing well and not punished.
we need something, anything to actually reward us going for high world levels and playing the game

That stuff should be good quality wise first and foremost
I feeel the game could be 10 times better without adding any weapons, POI, ennemies or any "long process to produce" asset whatever thing.
just to find the best roguelite identity of HLB being a open world roguelite, and I feel it's core related on "game mode", difficulty scaling, holobytes etc etc. that's why I was saying it that way. And to me, imagining after defeating the last crown, if you stay in the world, alot of ennemies spawn and it's freaky hard until u die, I feel it's not a big deal to try it and not a big deal to dev it too, seeing how crazy good the gameplay is atm.
