the most important part of building this way is getting a really good dual sword and maxing it out with the sword smith
im using claws right now but i much prefer the dual swords for their special ability, it synergizes better with this build
if you're in a fight, and spam dash attack, you will never die
i've solo'ed 3 cycles, killing all 3 crowns, in my first drop in with this build. a little OD
i recommend this if you're struggling and want to experience more of the game but otherwise this build is lowkey boring the way nothing is challenging anymore

Bolters are better for the extra crit chance when needed. Also replace one of these perks with "When taking damage, you are immune to taking damage for 2 seconds" because that allows you to recover red health almost guaranteed and prevents you from getting stun locked.
Honestly having bolters + crit restores red health + 2s damage immunity is so broken it kinda breaks the game. I beat all three bosses and had full hp by the end of it all, no medkits but getting hit dozens of times

No reason just what I had access to at the time, also never needed to upgrade but I use purple dual blades now
