I don't use transparency personally, but there have been several cases of transparency causing issues with komorebi. For example with vencord/betterdiscord.

It's not all apps though, a lot of apps with transparency work as well, so I can't give you an answer about why it happens

Yeah, just enabled transparency in the windows terminal and it still works in focus mode for me. I am fairly certain it's because of some combination of customization tools and settings that is causing this issue
