I've been gradually upgrading my WIP server to QBX from QB Core when I actually get physical time at my PC I've been incorporating features bit by bit. With the help of Kiiyah's Tinsel Towers Apartment map, I’m developing a state-of-the-art shared apartment system specifically for my QBX server.
This is intended to replace the standard apartment system where players can select one of many, I find this to be a huge choice for a player to make when they first join the city and sometimes can uncouple them from RP scenarios depending on where they choose to live.
This way, everyone resides together.
Features:
- New "Apartments" option on the board in which spawns them in their allocated room.
- Last Location spawn is not shown if it's proven to be inside one of the apartment rooms (To prevent them being locked in someones room, or a vacant room as we lock those doors too.)
- Ox Stashes are accessible to the apartment owner for the duration of their game session so they can store things within their apartment.
- Apartment doors are secured with locks, only openable by the owner.
- 42 rooms are available, randomly allocated to players upon spawn (with slight modifications to qbx-spawn to achieve this).
- Upon logout or game exit, the room is released for reallocation to the next player, with stash points and other data reset accordingly.
- A handy "Home" icon marks the player's apartment door, in case they forget which one is theirs. I also plan to include the room number, either on the phone or at the apartment reception.
- A doorman at the lobby greets guests by opening and closing the door, giving every player a prestigious welcome every time they arrive or leave the apartments.
What do you think so far?

Regarding Release
I'm unsure if I'll be releasing this to the wider public just now, but I thought I'd showcase it to the community.
