It calls "HasItem" error in ps-inventory (now I dont know how that is possible, and default qb-phone worked before then, so...)

How is it in any shape or form toxic? Also let’s just pretend that FiveM can’t block any given resource for any given reason if they so please. Even if this person isn’t advertising it with the FiveM brand, he has created a resource for their platform only, so no matter what way you look at it, selling a fivem server resource should be done through tebex.

Had this been, let’s just say, a 3D model. Then you would be 100% correct saying they can sell it outside of tebex without the fivem brand, since it’s not something that’s specific to their platform.

Either way - the person is selling other peoples work, editing the css and selling someone else’s work is what’s “toxic” if you ask me.

I totally understand that perspective, just wanted to make the point that we dont need to pray for anyones downfall even if he earns from other peoples code. Take the code, make it public and thats it. FiveM cannot even verify that the code was originally created by the seller, so there is no way that they can block any resources/code and not target a potentially uninvolved author. Furthermore some random resource code is not using their platform, api function names cannot really be protected as far as I know. In Europe this would be anti-competitive. The new FiveM ToS does not make Tebex enforcement legally clear anymore, probably because Rockstar knows that it was never allowed to be put into ToS like that worldwide.
