Front Desk Notifications

Anyone that uses PS-Dispatch, here is a script for you to have a Ped, used to send notification to the Dispatch to get an officers attention from front desk of your Police Station(s) for when you need to ask officer to get your vehicle out from the police impound or to speak to an officer in general, i have tested it and it works. I use Ped_Spawner for my peds
