My contract has the following function, users can invoke it to send any token to the contract. Several weeks ago, I tested it and it worked for all my test tokens including XLM.
While testing it today, with XLM, I kept getting pending transaction returned but for all other test tokens, it worked.
Any clues on what the issue is or what changed?

The take token function needs an auth from the contract maybe

What error u getting
Im not getting an error, it just returns pending and yes I simulated it, it worked for other tokens, test tokens I created and I used it a while a go as is

No but testnet and futurenet get reset kinda often. But its been a couple months for futurenet i think

it works fine for other tokens (ones i created) but not for XLM. And about 3 or so weeks ago, it worked fine for XLM, same function in a different contract though

I checked using: soroban lab token id --asset native --source-account <secret key> --network futurenet
and I got same address

Im not sure. But he said he redeploy with cli and it worked. I dunno if somehow using an older version of cli could cause it to give wrong address i think not...
