Haha, i had the Same problem in here on Switch Lite with the small screen, it's hard to see. Furthermore, after reloading the game a few times, twinsen and other characters were definitely stucked on the boing ball place without any dialogue when arrinving. I have to restart the game.

I just can't get the ball into bucket, no matter how many of them I throw. Any possibility on Ps4 how to adjust the height of the throw?

Don't forget you can lock on too with R3

Ah yes and Ps4 version has a Bug that the lowest of the 3 mini hills on the playfield is flat, so you can't stay on it to adjust your height
