Go on roblox web page an in the domain you see the user id

There are a few ways to do that.

• You can use the admin app -> bans to unban him.

• You can search hes username in roblox.com in your browser, then in the search bar it will show something like 'user/<numbers> (the ID)/'

• if you use a bot to log punishments (ex. Trident) it can show a section of hes user ID
