I was just casually running around, nothing unusual, but I was having some minor Wi-Fi issues at the time — getting lag spikes and really high ping. Then I got hit with a massive lag, and after about 7 seconds, the game suddenly unfroze and everything sped up for like a second and a half. Right after that, I got kicked by a bot and instantly hit with a permanent ban. I wasn't using any malicious software or cheats — I just had a lag spike. After the lag, my character sped up real fast, like a "speed hack" effect, so I guess the anti-cheat might've mistaken it for cheating.

You were banned by the anti-cheat which is developed by Felix himself, I think if there were any flaws in it, it'd be fixed immediately. Getting banned by the anti-cheat will only happen if it definitely detects exploits. If you were actually flung away or your game froze, you'd simply get kicked. You wouldn't get banned. So, stop complaining about your ban (as Rule 12 does apply) and go play another game. It's really not that difficult.

Also you're saying the anti-cheat is trash when it's literally one of the most advanced anti-cheats on the platform. Maybe you should reconsider using cheats to get good at a game which requires skill, which you clearly lack, then complain when you get banned. 🤷
