I wanted to play Emergency Hamburg, so I renamed my account to better fit the roleplay and enjoy the experience. Over the course of several days (about 3 days or more), I spent a lot of time and money in the game. I bought almost all the game passes, spending around $50 in total, as well as several skins and other content.

I was really enjoying the game and had no intention of breaking any rules. I never created an alternate account to avoid any enforcement action, and I didn’t think that renaming my account would be considered a violation. I was just trying to make the game more immersive for myself.

Suddenly, I was banned and lost access to everything I purchased. This feels very unfair because I invested both my time and money into this experience in good faith. I am very disappointed to see all my progress and purchases gone without a warning or a chance to explain.
