So basically, you could be a moderator even if you speak just English or German, but for sure, it would be really difficult to moderate some cases, even if you have a Google translator. 👍🏻

Yeah, this could be the reason. As Roblox is using an automatic system, that detects the IPs that are banned on another account. That means, in the case you aren't lying; youre friend is playing on your Account --> The Account is connected to his IP --> Roblox detects it --> Ban

But in this case, EH can't do much, as the ban comes from Roblox. To get unbanned, you would have to contact Roblox stating exactly what you just said.

Other option: Ask your friend, if he can do an unban request for you via his account.

If I’m not mistaken, Emergency Hamburg isn’t allowed the unbanned you per the TOS as you was banned via Roblox API. Them unbanning you could lead to enforcement action being taken against the game if I’m not mistaken. That’s what I was told atleast (not by EH staff)
