ich habe beim Betreten eures Spiels die Fehlermeldung mit dem Fehlercode 600 erhalten. In der Nachricht steht, dass ich angeblich einen Bann umgehen wollte, indem ich einen anderen Account verwendet habe.

Ich möchte aber klarstellen, dass ich nur einen Account benutze und niemals versucht habe, einen Bann zu umgehen. Ich habe lediglich in der Schule auf Roblox gespielt – es könnte also sein, dass jemand anders von dort aus bereits gebannt wurde und das System mich deshalb fälschlich erkannt hat.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr das noch einmal überprüfen könntet. Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Es gibt zwei mögliche Gründe, warum du diesen Ban erhalten hast:

Dein anderer Account wurde von Emergency Hamburg (EH) gebannt, was dazu führt, dass Roblox dich über deine IP-Adresse bannt. Moderatoren von EH können in diesem Fall nicht viel ausrichten, es sei denn, du gibst ihnen den Namen des Accounts, der von EH gebannt wurde.

Roblox hat dich aufgrund der gleichen Netzwerkverbindung gebannt. Dies kann passieren, wenn ein anderer Account oder ein anderes Gerät auf Roblox von EH gebannt wurde. Auch in diesem Fall können die Moderatoren dich nicht helfen.
