So, when I enter Emergency Hamburg, I get this message, which I find strange because I only have two accounts. One is for the police team, and the other is for the criminal side. Both accounts have over 1k spent on them. However, the other account isn’t banned, so how exactly am I ban evading? The only thing I can think of is that I teamed up with my friend as a police officer a week ago, but I thought that was allowed. I get this message on the account I play as police on, which has like 40k XP or something. Is this a bug or a mistake? I'm so confused.

Even so, if I got banned for teaming, that isn’t ban evading, lol. It’s just a normal ban. If that’s the reason, can you at least change it to something like "teaming" or whatever the actual issue is? Also, can the ban be appealed? It doesn’t even show a date for when it will end.
