Lösung:

1. Öffne https://www.roblox.com/my/account#!/parental-controls oder Settings -> Parental Controls -> Allowed Experiences bzw. Einstellungen -> Kindersicherung.
2. Stelle Erlaubte Erlebnisse auf 9+, 13+ oder 17+ ein, da Hamburg erst ab 9 Jahren spielbar ist.
