Nein wäre es nicht. Die Polizei ist sowieso schon im Vorteil, Kriminelle werden auf der Flucht dauerhaft geblitzt und verlieren geld, zudem können sie rausgetasert werden und ihre Reifen können von Stopsticks zerstört werden. Das sind alles Probleme mit denen die Polizisten nicht rechnen müssen.

Für andere schon … die Velleicht nicht so gut mit Stop Sticks oder mit dem Taser sind aber gut im fahren

Ich kann das aber andere (Freunde) nicht so gut halt so lang verfolgen bis sein Auto wegen Unfällen kaputt geht oder Kollegen kommen oder Tank leer geht oder er gibt auf.

Deleting it from your inventory will make it not work for you. As it first checks to see if you have it in your inventory before it allowing you to even use it. So if you delete from your inventory you'll lose it. and be able to buy it back but you won't get any of your money you spent on it back or anything.

Those stacks of cash won't directly go to your account but will be stored somewhere else as 'criminal money'. This can be seen in the criminal app on your phone or by clicking your stars on the top right. In oder to get that money you'll have to get rid of your wanted level first and then the money will automatically be added to your main balance.
